They team were great, we had complications because while my car was on site, another customer crashed into it and it needing repairs which was done promptly

MOT and Service that was done seems to be ok. I was expecting to be able to see what had been done on my BMW app but nothing there. The staff did say they would email details to me but I haven't received anything yet.

Customer experience etc was excellent. I thought that £320 odd for an oil change was a bit steep!! I paid an additional £5 for a car wash but thought that was a complete waste of money. The car seemed dirtier due to water stains etc than before.
